Thornton is one of the fastest-growing cities in the north metro Denver area. Stretching along the I-25 corridor from 84th Avenue north to Highway 7, Thornton offers a mix of established neighborhoods and brand-new developments. In the southern part of the city, neighborhoods like Eastlake, Woodglen, and Hunters Glen feature homes built in the 1980s and 1990s with garages that have seen decades of daily use. Our diamond grinding process removes years of oil stains, tire marks, and surface wear, creating the ideal foundation for a long-lasting epoxy bond.
North Thornton has experienced a construction boom along the Highway 7 and I-25 corridors. Newer communities like North End, Todd Creek, and the Thorncreek area feature modern homes with spacious two- and three-car garages. Coating these new concrete floors before they accumulate damage is a smart move that protects your investment and keeps the space looking clean from day one. Many new homeowners in these developments choose to coat their garage floors as part of their move-in process.
Thornton’s family-friendly communities mean garages that handle more than just vehicles. Sports equipment, bicycles, tools, lawn mowers, and seasonal decorations all share the space. A professionally coated floor resists the scratches, stains, and moisture that come with heavy daily use. For Thornton homeowners who have converted their garages into home gyms, workshops, or play areas, our seamless coatings provide a safe, comfortable, and easy-to-clean surface. We also serve Thornton businesses along Washington Street and the 120th Avenue commercial corridor with commercial-grade flooring solutions.
